The complete education
University offers no end of opportunities. There's the great sum of human knowledge to dive into, career-founding achievements to get under your belt, lifelong contacts to make and all kinds of misbehaviour to indulge in. But beyond the lecture halls, libraries and dorms, a large chunk of the educational possibilities of university are to be found in the pub, a ready-made informal academy that provides all manner of vital skills, not least knowing a great drink from a rubbish one. Many students are obliged to go off-campus for this full learning experience, but not the lucky inmates of Leeds University, where the Old Bar brings everything that's best about pubs bang-smack into their midst.
